Hibiscus tea is a herbal tea made from the dried sepals of the Hibiscus sabdariffa plant. The tea has a bright red color and a tart, slightly sour taste, and is commonly consumed both hot and cold.
Hibiscus tea is known for its high levels of antioxidants, which can help protect the body against damage from free radicals. It is also believed to have anti-inflammatory properties, and may help to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
